  1. Adam, good work. GA and the Nantahalas are no joke. Hope the sleep comes. I guess it will one way or another as a deeper exhaustion sets in. Stay healthy, stay strong!

  2. One day at a time. Enjoy it. A zero day won't hurt.

  4. Adam -- you seemed strong and healthy as I ran along behind you during your first 3 days on the trail. Your carefulness about your speed (especially downhill) should pay off for you. See you in another week and a half!

  5. Georgia is the toughest section of the southern third. You will start rolling very soon. So nice to be able to follow your adventure.

  6. Adam and Kadra, It was so good to sit here and listen to your three videos. Our prayers (and yours) are being answered as you are remaining safe and healthy. What an adventure these first three days (now 4 days) have been. Love the Hootie Hoo! Hootie Hoo back to you two!

  7. I don't know how you do it. I am so proud of you. I have two blisters on one foot just WALKING ONE MILE A DAY in my prayer walks for the two of you. I did walk 2 miles Saturday (because I had a lot of thoughts to take care of with God :) and 1.25 mile this morning. Remember it is my quiet time to think and feel for the two of you. AND IT HURTS but a good hurt:)
